1. Atleast a 7in screen
2. Not on a Cellular network (by this i mean Wi-Fi only)
3. Price must MUST be under $350.
4. Must have a G-sensor(accelerometer)
5. Must be Comapasative Touch Screen (sorry i do not know how to spell that)
