Tablet PCs?

I am trying to choose between two different tablet PCs. I need HELP!!
The two are: Gateway E-155C -OR- HP TX1000 (add touch screen option)
Which would you choose and why?
Is there a store that sells Gateway tablets or is it online only. My Gateway store closed a few years ago.
