Laptop/Tablet PC for college?

I am about to go off for college in a few months and i need a good laptop/tablet pc

I'm looking for something that deff. has a touch screen as to take notes in class and so forth. Good processor, 4G RAM, Windows Vista, 250+GB hardrive, 15+ inch screen

price isn't a problem right now
