Say you're browsing google, can want to underline, highlight, circle, or write something on the window, can you do this? I have a highlight plug in, but I'm looking for a tool that will let you "work" on the window.
I have a vista hp laptop, and I do not use a tablet. Something similar to the Paint program, but could work everywhere.
Has anyone heard of this? Is this possible? Or is this something that can only be done on the new "touch screen" computers?
