I have a gateway tablet pc model m285-e and I can’t seem to install the driver for the touch screen?
I went to gateway.com and I searched for drivers. Since I had to get a new hard drive and reinstall windows and the whole bit, I had to download all of the necessary drivers. I was able to download all except for the one that enables you to utilize the touch screen feature. I have two unknown devices on my list when I click into systems under the control panel menu but when I click on them nothing happens. I also can only connect to the internet wirelessly. I have no idea what to do, the gateway website said that I would 100% be able to install and run the driver but I've been having this problem for days. Any suggestions? I'm really bad with computers if it's not obvious, I'm putting that fact out there.
