I have a toshiba - windows vista laptop and i was in the control panel to change my desktop background and I saw something that said 'Tablet Settings'. I dont see any other reason for that to be there besides that my computer is a tablet? I'm not really up to date with the technology but im pretty sure a tablet is a computer with a touch screen that kind of flips to a notebook? I have no idea if this is a tablet or not but i dont see why it would let me change tablet settings if it weren't a tablet...
