Any suggestions on a good, but preferably cheap, touch-screen pen tablet?

I started a web comic a while back, though at this moment it's completely pen and paper. I figure with a pen tablet I will be able to much more easily start and produce my web comic.

Note: I NEED the CHEAPEST touchscreen possible. Wacom Cintiq 20wsx are wayyyyy too much. I'm a college student at the moment and don't have nearly that much money. Please help T.T
P.S If anyone is actually concerned about my comic, it's title will be Analog Life and it will premiere whenever the hell I get around to it...
