how do i know if my pc is tablet pc?

my monitor have a soft screen. it seem to respond when i put my fingers on it. it is not a touch panel. i have windows vista and i can use a tablet pen. but i dont know if my monitor is a tablet monitor. if you can send me a pictures of tablet pcs.
