I’m looking for a Tablet pc, like Ipad or Android tablet with drawing capabilities?

I've been looking into the ipads and other tablet pcs, but the ones I'm seeing so far don't offer Photoshop or other drawing programs. Do you know of any that do?
Also, I've heard about the HP tx2 for graphic arts, is this better for what I'm looking for?
