Wifi only android tablet?

I'm looking at purchasing a tablet sometime in the future. I don't want a contract from a company so it HAS to be wifi only. preferably a larger screen and multi-touch. I'm having trouble finding a place with info on android tablets. any recommendations? I'm not looking to spend a fortune.

I've been looking into the ipads and other tablet pcs, but the ones I'm seeing so far don't offer Photoshop or other drawing programs. Do you know of any that do?
Also, I've heard about the HP tx2 for graphic arts, is this better for what I'm looking for?

Also i will tell that i like 10 inch screens so if you have a reccomendation it should probably be a 9 inch screen or more

I like capacitive screens but cannot find any for the prices im looking at (around $200)
