I have the windows ultimate disk and it is currently usable for another 2 pcs. iv been thinking about buying a tablet pc and my question is would i be able to install it on a slate tablet pc or would there be complications.

I have an 8gb high speed usb which i will use.
its the nav 9 i was looking at.
I have the disk and a laptop which can perform all other operations until it could be sold on.
