What do you suggest- A tablet PC, or a Graphic Tablet?

I am in need of a new laptop, and I do use Photoshop a lot. So I am considering getting an HP Tablet laptop. What do you suggest- that? Or just to get a different laptop, and buy a Graphic Tablet?
