I'm working on Windows Vista and I own two monitors. One is my home monitor, while the other is a Wacom Tablet that has a monitor on it. I want to move handwriting tool's box from the main monitor to my tablet's monitor. I went through the settings and what not and cannot find anything to do such, it seems to only stick to the primary monitor, but I do not want the tablet to be the primary monitor.
