Which is better- HP Pavilion tx2500z, or Dell Latitude XT u7600?

The dell has a processor speed of 1.2 ghz, a hard drive of 80 GB and 2 GB of RAM.
The HP has a processor speed of 1 ghz, a hard drive of 250 GB and 3 GB of RAM.
They are both touch screen tablets, but the Dell does not come with a webcam.
I geuss based on that information, I would go with the HP, but I know a lot of people who don't like HP.

Which would be the better choice?
i meant 2.2 ghz for the dell, 2 for the HP
