Does anyone sell a multitouch convertible tablet (Windows 7) with USB 3.0 and HDMI out?

preferably with Bluetooth 3 also... if not a convertible tablet, then a multitouch laptop or netbook... if not that then no touch screen.. Biggest screen size 15" or so... prefer 12 ish. THANKS!
