Would I be better off buying a wacom enabled tablet pc or a seperate tablet for my computer?

I'm investing in a good tablet or tablet pc mostly for Art, manga mostly.
I either will get a fujitsu T5010 or get a cheaper computer and also by a tablet.
What is the best option?

or do you have another suggestion? such as a different tablet pc?

any help is greatly appreciated thankyou
