For some reason it'll act like the pen is still touching the tablet and drag ink all over my screen in photoshop even if the pen is like 2 inches off the tablet. It keeps doing this on and off until I switch USB ports, or take it out/reinsert it. I've tried all USB ports and another computer and it still does this.

When not in Photoshop it doesn't drag the pen and get ink everywhere, but it will drag the box selection tool (like when you are selecting a group of icons on your desktop) similar to when you drag a cursor across the screen with SHIFT held down.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this? I updated my driver and everything. I know its not just my computer either as I tried it on my laptop too (although my laptop is admittedly a piece of shit...) but it's something that's just started recently on both PCs with the same tablet.
(UPDATE) For anyone else who has a problem like this in the future, I uninstalled my tablet driver, restarted my PC, went to the wacom website and downloaded the newest driver and reinstalled it.

It works like a charm now, so I must have done something wrong the first time I updated the driver.

*Do make sure to uninstall the previous driver* though, thats what I think I skipped the first time around.
