What netbook should I buy?

I am wanting to buy a netbook. I dont know which to get. Can someone help me out?
NEEDED:
windows 7 or better
microsoft office
bluetooth
1+ gb storage
$400 or less

WANTED:
2 gb storage
touch screen (makes netbook into tablet)
webcam
